16. What was the result of man disobeying God? (Genesis 2:17)

17. Is this problem still with us? (Romans 5:12)



Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned.

18. What is physical death? (Genesis 3:19)

By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground,

since from it you were taken;

for dust you are

and to dust you will


19. What is spiritual death? (Matthew 25:41)

23. What was woman’s punishment? (Genesis 3:16)

It is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.

31. Why? (Genesis 10:10)

And where these have been forgiven,

sacrifices are no longer necessary.

32. What is God’s requirement in regards to forgiveness?  (Hebrews 9:22)

In fact the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood,

and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
