An Employer is not going to hire you if you are going to be a liability. They want someone who is going to be an asset. In other words, you will need to be able to make sure you can provide a return on their investment, solve problems without their help, and add value to their company. Now that you have this in mind, you can now see what things you will need to be able to do in order to be considered as a possible candidate for your employer. Next you will need to be able to figure out solutions, show them that you can think clearly, and provide benefits. This could be different things like taking care of their customers, think of ways to save the company money, or bring in more customers. You should have a CV that will show off your skills, experience, talents, and abilities. You will need to also show off your incredible selling skills. Writing a CV can be very stressful. It is important because it will show off your selling skills and get you into that interview. This 2 page CV will work very hard to help you get your dream job. Here are a few tips to help:

* You will need to email recruiters your CV. CV’s must focus on your individual skills for each different job. It will need to tell them your skills, experience, and values relating towards each job. In other words you will need to make different CV’s for each company that is different from the other companies. You will also need a Cover Letter. Your CV should be 2 pages making your experience, skills, and values look better than the other competitors. Basically, you are trying to sell yourself to the company.

* Make sure you do not misspell anything on your CV and cover Letter. Employers will not give you the time of day if it is misspelled. It will make you look unorganized and lazy. In today’s job market there are absolutely no room for mistakes. They will end up throwing your CV and Cover Letter in the trash. It would be good if you have a couple of people who can proof read it.
