       With chocolate and flowers,
He shows up on my door.

The once whispering rain drenches us with her word’s.
He opens the car door for me,
       And as I sit there,
There is  lightening in the distance.

We park and run into a cabin in the forest.

Completely surrounded by trees, howling wolves, and night time creatures that like to prey on people like us.

We build a fire and try to get warm.

image

A tap, tap, tap raps on the window with a wolf howling in the background.

We get ready to huddle close together and wait for daybreak.

Meanwhile… Not knowing what’s lurking inside.

We end up falling asleep never to awaken again.

Another way to love your enemies is to compliment them. It always feels great to give and get a compliment. It’s nice to know you made someone feel better. It’s a good way to bring an enemy’s attitude around. If it doesn’t change them at least you will know you were the bigger person. It will make you feel better in the long run by knowing you tried to make them feel better.

       1. Don’t condemn them. Try to have compassion for them. Pray for God to help you forgive them. Try not to bring up the past around them. It’s time to forgive and forget like God does with us.
